Our suitcase harkens back to the 19th century, when the first regular Maritime routes that transported quality wines to the Americas were opened. Once at destination, these wines were usually sold on the dock or pier.
The little traveler
There is a vineyard located on the shore of Etang de Thau in the French department of Hérault, spanning the communes of Marseillan and Agde, that yields 75hl/Ha. The grapes grown here are used to make this pale yellow wine with slight green hues. It features a strong nose and offers unique intensity and complexity.
In the mouth, this wine has a refreshing attack and an aromatic mouthfeel that is strong, yet perfectly balanced with the nose. A truly original wine that rejoices in the delicate union between muscat and sauvignon grapes. Best served chilled, as an aperitif.
It also pairs nicely with savory, spicy and exotic dishes.

Italy’s Puglia region, located in the southeast (or heel) of the country, is a prolific wine-growing region often referred to as “the wine cellar of Europe”. It is particularly known for growing the primitivo grape, which makes intense wines. Made from grapes grown in sandy soil some 50 meters above sea level, this The Little Traveler wine has a lovely purple colour and features aromas of black fruit and maraschino cherry. In the mouth, this wine has a distinctive and balanced character with strong fruity notes and a velvety finish. Best served with Italian dishes and grilled meats.
